Kalien has one costume in DragonSword: Awakening that never appears in the store. The Vestment of the Great Spirit is a free reward sitting inside a treasure chest at the bottom of the ocean, and equipping it recolors her to a mostly white, purple, and hot pink scheme. The catch is the chest sits far deeper than your stamina bar normally allows, so you have to prepare before you dive.
Quick answer: Cook Egg Renew and Assorted Rice Bowls, take a deep-dive familiar to the water northeast of Firefly Forest (just south of the Trench of Secrets), eat one Assorted Rice Bowl, dive slowly to the ruins on the seafloor, drop through the hole, and press F on the chest to add the Vestment of the Great Spirit to Kalien.
What you need before diving
Reaching the chest normally is impossible because your stamina runs out long before you touch the seafloor. Two things solve that problem: a familiar that can dive underwater, and a pair of stamina foods that stretch and refill your bar during the descent.
The familiar must have the deep-dive ability, since a standard mount cannot take you down to the required depth. Kalien herself only needs to be unlocked for the costume to be usable, but you can grab the chest with any character and equip it later.

Cook several of each. Egg Renew is your emergency refill for when the bar nearly empties, and Assorted Rice Bowls slow how fast the bar drains so you can keep moving downward for much longer.
Where the chest is located
The dive point is out in the open water northeast of Firefly Forest, near the Endless Summoning Ground dungeon. Head east from the dungeon toward a small island with a boat resting on its coast. From there, look to the water south of the Trench of Secrets label on your map. You do not need to unlock the region first to reach the treasure.
How to reach and open the chest
You will know it worked when the interact prompt clears and the outfit is added to your collection. If the chest will not open, the usual reason is running out of stamina before you reach it, which means you either dashed, skipped the Assorted Rice Bowls buff, or ran out of Egg Renew refills partway down.
How to equip the outfit on Kalien
Once the Vestment of the Great Spirit is in your collection, you can swap it on from the Hero menu, provided you have already unlocked Kalien.
Kalien is one of the characters you can obtain for free by completing quests or trading a Fate’s Invitation in the Exchange shop, so the costume becomes fully usable as soon as she is on your roster. Note: if you have not yet unlocked a familiar capable of deep diving, that step gates the whole run, so sort out your mount before making the trip.
