He takes obvious pride in his looks, but underneath the vanity he wants everyone around him to feel confident in their own style. Romancing him works the same way as any resident: feed his heart meter with the right gifts, clear his heart events, then follow the dating and marriage path once the thresholds open.

Where to find Tae
Tae lives in the bay at the top of the map with his sisters and spends most of his time around Luna Bay. You cannot meet him at the very start of a save. He only becomes reachable once you have unlocked full access to the bay, which lets the mermaids swim into town.
Because he moves around like every other resident, the reliable way to track him down is to open the map and look for his icon. Many of his heart scenes also pull you back to Luna Bay, so that stretch of coast is where you will spend most of your time with him.
Tae’s heart events
Heart events unlock as you raise Tae’s meter, and clearing them is part of the romance path. His early scenes lean into the vanity bit before showing the more grounded side of him. Neither dialogue choice in these events blocks progress, so pick whichever fits your read of him.
