Aras runs Third Eye Threads, the tailor shop in Moonlight Peaks, and he is one of the Khazan seer siblings alongside Dragan and Alina. He is a perfectionist about his craft and his own harshest critic, and his sensing ability means he often knows you have walked in before he turns around. Winning him over comes down to two habits: gifting the things he loves and showing up for his heart events.
Quick answer: Give Aras soups, stews, Diamonds, or Golden Eggs and talk to him daily to raise hearts. At 4 hearts, talk to him, pick Invite, then “Ask on date” to start dating. At 8 hearts, propose at the end of a date. At 10 hearts, agree to turn him into a vampire to reach the final 11th heart and the “Vampire Spouse” status.
Best gifts for Aras
Aras leans heavily toward hearty soups and stews, along with a few high-value items. If you are carrying a Diamond, a bowl of Mushroom Stew, or a Red Azalea, you already have something he will react well to. Because he is a seer, empty flattery does not land the way honest, specific feedback does, so his gift preferences skew toward things he genuinely enjoys rather than crowd-pleasers.
| Reaction | Standout gifts |
|---|---|
| Loved | Angry Soup, Chilly Soup, Mushroom Stew, Sunburst Stew, Diamond, Golden Egg, Blue Moonlight Flower, Purple Moonlight Flower |
| Liked | Red Azalea, most cooked dishes, jams, juices, milkshakes, and cultivated flowers such as tulips, roses, plumerias, and azaleas |
| Disliked | Raw seeds, ores and bars, crafting stations, shells and starfish, and most bug or critter items |
Tip: The game records the last eight items you hand each character and marks whether they liked, loved, or disliked them. If you are unsure about a new item, check that recent history before repeating it, since one disliked gift can cost you progress.

Add to Google Preferences →Heart milestones from dating to marriage
Raising hearts unlocks new relationship stages in a fixed order. Each threshold gates a specific action, and reaching the next one is what makes new heart events appear.
| Hearts | What unlocks |
|---|---|
| 4 | Talk to Aras, select Invite, then “Ask on date” to begin dating. This opens the 5-8 heart events. |
| 8 | Invite Aras on a date and pick “Will you marry me?” at the end to get married. This opens the 9-10 heart events. |
| 10 | Agree to turn Aras into a vampire to unlock the final 11th heart and the “Vampire Spouse” status. |
You will know the vampire step took hold when Aras’s portrait changes to show fangs and your relationship tracker updates to “Vampire Spouse.”
Every Aras heart event
Aras is almost always at Third Eye Threads, so most of his scenes trigger when you walk into the shop after crossing a heart threshold. A few require you to be dating or married first. Here is where each one happens and what it involves.

1 Heart: Threading the Needle
Enter Third Eye Threads and Aras recognizes you from your footsteps alone. He is agonizing over a dress he cannot stand, and Death wanders in mid-conversation asking for a Record Player before being sent on his way. Give Aras your honest opinion rather than empty reassurance, and he decides to scrap the piece and start over. Being blunt about what is wrong lands better than telling him it looks fine.
2 Hearts: Soup for the Sick
You find Aras sitting in the back of the shop, coughing and worn down after a stretch of custom orders. He has made himself ill, and you can offer to whip up hot soup as a pick-me-up. The scene ends with you telling him to rest.

4 Hearts: Late Nights at the Tailor
This one triggers in Moonlight Peaks town when you head into the shop and find Aras asleep at the counter after working through the night. Make him a cup of coffee and share some light conversation. The next day he mails you a Ginger Tea and a Chocolate as thanks for checking in.
6 Hearts: Late Night Stroll
This event only unlocks after you start dating Aras. It begins in the outdoor area of The Broken Lamp, where he invites you on a late-night walk and shows you the spots he likes around town, including a bar corner where he scores free drinks and a river bridge that gets his creativity going. You part ways near the entrance to your farm.
8 Hearts: Blanket You With Love
Once you reach 8 hearts, wait a couple of nights and leave your house to trigger this scene. Aras invites you to his shop to reveal a secret project, a patterned blanket he made just for you. Finishing the event gives you the Square Rug as a decoration item.

9 Hearts: Custom Creations
This event becomes accessible only after you marry Aras. He invites you to the shop to show off a custom dress made specifically for you. Kim comes in and admires it, then asks for one of her own, and Aras admits he is swamped with work and that this dress was a special treat reserved for his spouse.
10 Hearts: Can You Bite Me?
Aras stops you as you leave your house and describes recurring dreams about sleeping beside you in a coffin with fangs of his own. He asks you to turn him into a vampire so you can be together forever. Say yes, and the scene moves to the Crypt, where you bite him and complete the transformation. From then on his portrait shows fangs and his status reads “Vampire Spouse.”
How to break up or divorce Aras
You can end things with Aras at any stage after you have officially started dating. Speak to Llemi and choose “Break up” while you are dating, or “I want to divorce Aras” if you are married. Below 4 hearts, neither option appears, because you are not considered a couple until that first date.
Note: If you divorce Aras after turning him into a vampire, his fangs disappear and he reverts to his normal form.
The fastest route to a Vampire Spouse is steady: hand Aras a soup or stew whenever you pass the shop, talk to him daily, and trigger each heart event as soon as you cross its threshold. Dating opens at 4 hearts, marriage at 8, and the final heart at 10 once you agree to the bite.
