Pokopia Treasure Map 3: How to Find the Bubbly Basin Treasure

Treasure Map #3 in Pokemon Pokopia points to a hidden chest tucked inside the Bubbly Basin area. The map itself only shows a rough drawing, so the real work is matching that sketch to a real landmark, then breaking through to reach the reward underneath it.

Quick answer: Go to the gym in Bubbly Basin, stand in front of the two dragon-like statues, then use a Pokémon with Rock Smash to break the cracked wall beside them. The treasure chest is on a pedestal in the room that opens up.

What the Treasure Map 3 clue shows

Open the Treasure Maps menu and select Treasure Map #3 to see the clue. It draws a building with two statues standing in front of it, and a red “X” marked just to the left of that building. The on-screen text reads: “There must be something at the spot marked on the map. Try getting a Pokémon with the Search specialty to help you find it!”

The building in that sketch is the Bubbly Basin Gym, and the two statues are the dragon-like figures standing at its entrance. That pairing of a building plus two statues is the landmark you are looking for.

Tip: A Search-specialty Pokémon helps pinpoint the exact dig or break spot once you are close, which is useful if you cannot immediately spot the cracked wall.

Route to the gym statues in Bubbly Basin

Start from the central town square and head toward the gym. This is the main reference point for the whole route, so leave from there rather than trying to approach from the edges of the area.

Move through the narrow passage on the way over. The path tightens before it opens back up near the gym, so follow it rather than looking for a shortcut.
Jump across the platforms to close the last stretch. Clearing these brings you out at the front of the gym, where the two dragon-like statues stand guard.

Break the wall and grab the treasure

Transform into a Pokémon that can use Rock Smash. You need this ability to get past the sealed section next to the statues, so switch before you try to interact with the wall.

Face the cracked wall to the right of the statues and smash it. The wall has a visible crack in it, which marks it as breakable, and clearing it opens a passage that was sealed off before.
Step into the newly opened underground room. The treasure chest sits on a pedestal inside, and interacting with it collects the reward for Map #3.

You know it worked when the wall breaks open and the underground room becomes accessible, revealing the chest on its pedestal. If the wall will not break, the most common reason is not being in a Pokémon form with Rock Smash, so change forms and try the cracked section beside the statues again.
