The Windup Inkay is a habitat item in Pokémon Pokopia, the Switch 2 building game. It is one of the pieces you place to complete the Muddy Playtime habitat inside Bubbly Basin, the underwater area added in Part One of the Expansion Pass. On its own it is a decoration, but slotting it into the right habitat is what starts pulling in specific Water-type Pokémon.
