Where to find the room in Bubbly Basin
Open the map and head to the Bubbly Basin level. The habitat sits in a room near the top, toward the back of the area. Inside, you will already see the large Cushion bed and the fluffy Ditto doll set up, which covers two of the three requirements on their own.

Once the light is in place, the game shows the message “You’ve restored a fluffy relaxation habitat!” along with a note that the huge cushion bed and fluffy doll create a soothing environment. The Habitat Dex then updates No. 023 to a completed state.
If the habitat does not register, make sure all three items count together in the same spot. The most common gap is the lighting, so confirm the Lampion or another light is actually placed and not just in your inventory.
