Centurion Demiros is a Verteron Unique, a level 45 Hero-rank named monster. He is the lingering spirit of a centurion who fought the Balaur in an age long past and has since lost all memory of who he was. He has a single marked spot in Verteron, on the Elyos side, at the Destroyed Temple Site, so that is the only place to look for him. He does not attack on sight, so you can approach and start the fight when you are ready.

Use the teleport statue at Altamia Highland Ruins, then walk about 190 m to the Destroyed Temple Site. Every kill gives Demiros's Loot Chest (Bound), and Spiritstone drops 74.6% of the time, with Balaur's Essence at 60.7%. His Epic armour set drops separately: Demiros Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 17.3% each, the Helm and Pauldrons at 13.9%, and the Greaves at 11.6%. Artwork: Centurion Demiros comes in at 25%, and Expert's Refining Stone at 9.7%. He is also the target of Defeat Centurion Demiros, a repeatable duty quest that asks for 1 kill and pays Abyss Points x1,000.
