Furious Saursus is a level 45 Hero-rank boss carrying the Verteron Unique title, a creature driven out of her cave and into a rage by the loss of her young. She has a single marked spot in Verteron, on the Elyos side, inside Night Dew Cave. With only one place to find her, there is no searching to do. She does not attack on sight, so you can approach and choose when to start the fight.

Travel to the Astin Mercenaries Base teleport statue, which sits about 80 m from Night Dew Cave. Every kill gives Saursus's Loot Chest (Bound), and she also drops Raw Leather at 62.2%, Refining Stone at 25.9% and Expert's Refining Stone at 6.5%. Artwork: Furious Saursus drops at 25%. Her Epic Saursus armour pieces are the main reason to farm her: Gloves, Boots and Cloak at 17.3% each, Helm and Pauldrons at 13.9%, Greaves at 11.6% and Breastplate at 8.7%. The Duty quest Defeat Furious Saursus also requires one kill.
