Kusan the Mad Gladiator is a level 45 Hero-rank Verteron Unique, a Krall brainwashed into serving the Balaur whose ferocity even their modifications could not bring under control. It has one marked spot on the Elyos side, in Verteron at the Verteron Fortress Ruins, so that is the only place to look for it. It does not attack on sight, so you can approach and get ready before you pull it.
