Divine Ansas is a level 45 Hero-rank boss with the title Verteron Unique. It was once a Guardite summoned by the ancient Daeva Estian, its name a pledge of devotion to Zumion, and it turned into a monster when the seal binding it was corrupted. It has a single marked spot in Verteron, on the Elyos side, inside the Contaminated Sanctum, so there is only one place to look. It does not attack on sight, which gives you time to approach and prepare before the fight.
