It lies in Verteron on the Elyos side, with a single marked entrance in Scarlet Forest, so there is only one spot to head for. The recommended level is 40, which matches the boss waiting inside, Rampaging Neparan's Soul, a level 40 fight. The cave is home to the restless Apparitions of Daeva who fell to Ishtar's armies, and their anger has not faded.
