Pirate's Treasure Storage is a sealed dungeon in Altgard on the Asmodian side, reached through a cave that opens from the open world at Idun's Lake. There is 1 marked entrance, so Idun's Lake is the only place to look for it. The vault sits beneath the lake, where pirates once hid their loot until the Blades found it, took it over and left Custodian Chakkerman to guard it. The dungeon is recommended for level 35, and Chakkerman himself is a level 35 boss, which makes it a natural stop once your character reaches that point.
