Targoth's Cave is a sealed dungeon in AION 2, a cave entered straight from the open world. It lies in Verteron on the Elyos side, with 1 marked entrance at the Destroyed Temple Site, so there is only one place to look. The recommended level is 30, which matches its boss, Corpse-Eating Targoth (level 30). The Targos living inside have mutated after feeding on the poisoned dead buried in the cave, and they have claimed it as their own.

To get there, teleport to the Altamia Highland Ruins statue, the nearest one to the Destroyed Temple Site, and walk about 150 m to the cave mouth. A clear pays 15,000 Kina and 1,250 Enhance Stone, along with 2 each of Sealed Wing Featherdown (Bound), Statue Scrap: Day Illusion Wings (Bound), Daevanion Crystal (Bound) and Wisdom Stone (Bound). It also grants 1 title, Removing Stubborn Stains. Because the Kina and Enhance Stone come in large amounts, the run is useful for gearing up around level 30.
