Worshiper's Underground Cave is a sealed dungeon in Altgard, on the Asmodian side, entered through a cave in the open world. It has a recommended level of 20, and its only marked spot in Altgard is in Uruthumheim, so that is where you need to go. Inside, Zikel's zealots build up their strength while corrupted followers devote themselves to the records kept in his name, and the false faith they spread reaches across Altgard.

To get there, teleport to the Victorious Daeva's Statue in Uruthumheim. The cave entrance is about 160 m from the statue, which is a short walk. Clearing the dungeon rewards 15,000 Kina and 1,250 Enhance Stone. It also gives 2 each of Sealed Wing Featherdown (Bound), Statue Scrap: Night Illusion Wings (Bound), Daevanion Crystal (Bound) and Wisdom Stone (Bound). A clear also awards 1 title, Keeper of Promises.
