Alpha Ignitis is one of the overworld field bosses in Aniimo, and it only shows up after dark. It sits in Berylline Vale in the Breezy Plains region, hits with fast melee and dash attacks, and has a clone phase that wastes your damage if you attack the wrong target.
Quick answer: Fight Alpha Ignitis southeast of the Berylline Vale Bloom at night. Kite it with ranged Aniimo, hit the clone that drains its HP bar, and parry its quick-time attacks to break it.
Alpha Ignitis spawn location and timing
Head to Berylline Vale, one of the 14 areas that make up Breezy Plains, and fast travel to the Berylline Vale Bloom. The boss arena is southeast of that Bloom, and the encounter is only active during nighttime hours. If you arrive during the day, the boss will not be there.
After you defeat it, Alpha Ignitis returns to the same spot. The respawn takes 20 seconds, so farming its material drops does not require leaving the area or changing zones.
Alpha Aniimo like this one can also be captured with an Aniipod Ultra instead of simply being killed, which pays out extra rewards.

Ignitis is a Nova stage, Dark element Aniimo in the DPS role, and the Alpha version keeps that identity. It is a close-range attacker that closes distance quickly and punishes anyone who stands still. Its innate Dimension Rupture skill cleaves through space for heavy Physical damage on an 8-second cooldown, with 170 power and no EP cost.
| Attribute | Value |
|---|---|
| Element | Dark |
| Role | DPS |
| Stage | Nova |
| Region | Breezy Plains |
| Area | Berylline Vale |
| Active window | Night only |
| Respawn | 20 seconds |
The wild Ignitis line also carries dash-style skills such as Dark Dash and Fire Dash, which explains the sudden lunges you see mid-fight. Expect short bursts of movement followed by melee swings rather than long-range pressure.
How to beat Alpha Ignitis
Kite it with ranged Aniimo
Almost everything Alpha Ignitis throws at you is melee, plus a handful of dash attacks. Bringing a ranged Aniimo lets you keep moving backwards while dealing damage, and the boss spends most of the fight trying to close the gap. If your dodge timing is shaky, this is the single biggest change you can make.
Find the real body during the clone phase
At intervals, Alpha Ignitis scatters copies of itself around the arena. Each clone fires line-shaped AOEs aimed directly at you, so standing still during this phase is how most runs end. The clones cannot be removed by killing them individually.
Parry to crush the Break bar
Some of the boss’s attacks come with a quick-time prompt showing a moving circle closing in on a smaller one. Attack Alpha Ignitis at the moment those circles overlap to land the parry. A successful parry blocks the incoming damage entirely and takes a large chunk out of its Break bar, which is the fastest way to set up a damage window.
Parry timing is tied to the overlap, not the wind-up animation, so mashing attack through the prompt will not work.
Alpha Ignitis rewards and material drops
The first kill pays out a one-time bundle, and every clear after that rolls from a repeatable material pool. Because the boss comes back in 20 seconds, it is a reasonable farm spot for Carried Item Cores.

| First clear reward | Amount |
|---|---|
| Safaris | 500 |
| Glimmer | 50 |
| Basic Carried Item Core | 1 |
| 1 | |
| 1 | |
| Lumin Amber: Breezy Plains | 1 |
Repeat clears can drop the following materials:
- Basic Carried Item Core
- Common Carried Item Core
- Advanced Carried Item Core
- Ferocious Fang
- Miraculous Fleece
- Lightning Needle
Ferocious Fang is worth holding onto rather than dumping into upgrades at random. Equipped as a held item, it gives an Aniimo 0.7 extra ATK per level, and higher rarities stack a Damage Amp bonus on top, reaching +10% at Legendary.
How to confirm the clear worked
The first-clear payout only lands once. When the fight ends, check your inventory for the Lumin Amber: Breezy Plains and the Irisalis Petal, since those two mark the one-time bundle rather than the repeatable drop table. If you see only Carried Item Cores and crafting materials, you have already cleared this boss before and are now farming it.
Lumin Amber from this fight feeds directly into Branch upgrades elsewhere in Breezy Plains, so it is worth banking rather than forgetting about. And if you would rather add Ignitis to your roster than keep killing it, the Aniipod Ultra capture route is available on any respawn.
