Tubster (Highland Form) does not wander into view on its own. The Breezy Plains variant of the Chirpi line only appears once two Incredible Eggs have been picked up in separate spots, and the second pickup is what fires the spawn.

Quick answer: Collect both Incredible Eggs — one on a high ledge inside Blazing Rock Cavern, one in the nests at Sandcastle Hill – 2F — and Tubster (Highland Form) spawns at Level 50 in Russet Highlands.

What you need before hunting the Incredible Eggs

Both egg spots sit off the normal walking route, so the trip is really a mount problem. Neither pickup is gated behind a timer or a weather condition.

  • A fire-element mount to cross the lava inside Blazing Rock Cavern.
  • A climbing mount such as Astra for the cavern wall.
  • A gliding mount such as Cozite to reach the cave mouth at Sandcastle Hill – 2F.
  • Catching gear rated for a Level 50 target — an Anipod Mega does the job.
  • A character strong enough for the 45–50 band of Russet Highlands.

Incredible Egg 1: Blazing Rock Cavern

The first egg is tucked inside Blazing Rock Cavern, close to Zephyrus Landbridge in the Breezy Plains region. The Landbridge itself runs a level range of 47–57, so the approach is not friendly to an underlevelled team.

Open the map and set a marker on Blazing Rock Cavern, then ride in on a fire-element mount. The floor is lava, and the mount is what keeps you moving through it instead of backing out.

Deep in the cavern, swap to a climbing mount like Astra and take the steep rock wall straight up. There is no ramp or staircase alternative here.

At the top, look for the ledge lined with orange crystals. The egg sits there and adds Incredible Egg x1 to your bag when you interact with it.

Incredible Egg 2: Sandcastle Hill – 2F

The second egg is nowhere near the first. Head for Sandcastle Hill and set your destination to the 2F marker, because the pickup is in a cave opening well above ground level.

Switch to a gliding mount such as Cozite and ride the air up into the high cave mouth. The inside is full of nests, which is your sign you are in the right hole.
Walk to the nest of brown eggs and take the “Give it a knock” prompt. That single interaction collects the egg and triggers the spawn.

You will know it worked from the on-screen line: “Tubster has appeared in the Russet Highlands to protect rare eggs!” No message means the second egg has not registered yet.

Catching Tubster (Highland Form) in Russet Highlands

Russet Highlands is the other Breezy Plains zone Tubster calls home, running a level range of 45–50. It is a dense area in its own right, with 73 chests, 29 transporters, eight Lumin Amber nodes and 16 ecological points scattered across it.

Open the map after the notification and look for the fresh marker in Russet Highlands. Fast travel to the nearest transporter and make your way toward it.

Climb the hill at the marker. Tubster stands there at Level 50, usually with a few Chirpi and other creatures milling around it.
Fight it down and throw an Anipod Mega. A successful catch registers Tubster in your roster and pops the badge notification, which is your confirmation that the whole chain is finished.

Reporting the creature pays out Credits (100), and the release reward is Growth Flower (2).

The horn on its face works like a trumpet flower, and highland Tubsters roll up grass leaves to dress their performance space before they sound it. Once caught, it is a permanent roster entry — the egg run is a one-time key to the encounter, not a repeatable farm.
