That sounds like plenty, but the count is thin once you spread it over that much ground, so chasing individual points across the whole area rarely pays off. Instead, the one place worth the trip is Rosetower Woods itself, where the spots cluster densely enough to make a proper sweep worthwhile rather than a string of long walks between scattered singles.

The level band puts this squarely in reach of mid-game characters, so slot the sweep in once you're comfortably past the early stretch. Set down at Whiterose Tower via the Bloom teleport, then head out on foot for around 135 m into the woods. As you gather, watch for chests, which fall within sight of most spots, along with loose items nearby. Aromathysts to brew turn up around a portion of the spots too, so grab those in passing rather than making a separate trip for them.
