It's a quest item of Epic quality, picked up by hand once you reach the right point, and the surrounding ground runs to levels 49-51. Lumin Amber, Highland Egg and the Aniipod Pro all sit within sight of the same spot, so you can gather them alongside the Dew rather than making the trip for one thing. Set out from the Driftwise Meadow RV Park, which puts you roughly 60 m from where the Dew waits, an easy stretch on foot. Grab the lot together and you clear four things at once. The Dew itself is a quest item, so hang onto it for the objective that asks for it.
