Teleport to Crystal Cave via Bloom and head out roughly 200 m to reach the Nimbus Fields spot. The area around it is worth a look, with Azure Grass and Lumin Amber standing in sight of nearly every marked point, and a Chest close by too. Once caught, Glacy grows from Pranky and goes no further, settling in as a Water and Ice type that takes the HEAL role, so it earns its place patching up the rest of your team in a fight.
