This is a container you collect as you move through the area, and it is worth prioritising the sanctum first since no other zone comes close. From there the count thins out: Ancient Altar carries 11, the Dock Lighthouse Ruins account for 7, and Shipwreck Bay holds just a single one, so a full clear means touching every corner of the map.

Work each spot and you rarely leave with just the one pick-up, since an Exquisite Relic Chest sits within sight of roughly half of them, an Ornate Stone Sarcophagus turns up near about seven percent, and a Simple Relic Chest waits close to another thirteen. That makes the trip worth more than a single errand. After the Mountain Sanctum sweep, drop down to the Ancient Altar, then walk the Dock Lighthouse Ruins, folding all of it into one long run.
