The Ancient Altar is the pick of the bunch, holding four of the five marked spots on the Egg Heist map and leaving just one for the Mountain Sanctum. That gap is the whole reason to start there: four grabs in one place against a single one elsewhere. The Simple Stone Sarcophagus is a pick-up you collect from the map rather than open, so a run through the Altar clears most of what you need in a single visit before you weigh up the second stop.

The Mountain Sanctum is the alternative if you would rather not double back to the Altar, though with only the single spot it suits a quick grab when you are already in the area rather than a trip of its own. Wherever you set down, walk from the stop straight to the marked spot and pick the sarcophagus up on the way through. While you are there, keep an eye out for the Exquisite Relic Chest, the Ornate Wooden Chest and the Simple Iron Chest, since one of them sits in view of roughly four in five of these spots.
