The Ornate Stone Sarcophagus turns up on the Operation: Egg Heist map, where four spots are marked. It is not scattered across the map at random: three of the four sit at the Ancient Altar, with the last one over at the Mountain Sanctum. Each is a container you can open for what it holds, so working through all four means covering both of those areas rather than sticking to one. Sort out the cluster at the Altar first, then decide whether the single mark at the Sanctum is worth the extra trip.

Since none of that is spelled out here, treat each sarcophagus as a stop worth clearing rather than something you save for later. Make the Ancient Altar your first port of call and open the three in turn, then set off for the Mountain Sanctum if you want the fourth. The walk pays off in more than the sarcophagi themselves: an Exquisite Relic Chest is in view of most of these spots, so keep an eye out for it as you go. A Luxurious Ruin Chest and an Ornate Wooden Chest each sit within sight of about half the marks too, so sweep the surroundings before you move on.
