Make Mountain Sanctum your one stop and walk the marked spots in a loop rather than doubling back. As you go, keep an eye out for a Luxurious Ruin Chest near roughly a third of them, an Egg Nest – Egg Drop by about a fifth, and the occasional Exquisite Relic Chest, so you clear more in a single pass.
