Take the Bloom teleport at Tideblossom Coast and walk roughly 280 metres to reach the Pomegg. While you're there, Starine sits within sight of nearly half the spots, with Chest and Aniipod both near a good third, so it's worth clearing those as you go. Once your Pomegg reaches level 25, it evolves into Pomawk, which is the main reason to catch one here.
