Scorchhowl (Thunderstorm) keeps to a single spot on the World map, so there's no scattering of sightings to sort through and no need to weigh one region against another. That lone location sits on Beast Fang Ridge, which makes the decision straightforward: if you want this Fire and Electric DPS from the Emberpup family, a creature standing 1.7 m tall and weighing 25 kg, this is the one area worth the trip. Everything about tracking it down comes back to that ridge.

The mid-thirties level band makes this one for teams that have already found their footing, so slot the trip in once you're comfortable clearing that range rather than early on. Set down at the Forgotten Mine Bloom point and cover the roughly 225 m on foot to reach the spot on Beast Fang Ridge. Keep an eye out along the way, since Azure Grass, Lumin Amber and Brew aromathyst all grow within sight of where it appears, so you can gather them on the same visit.
