On the World map, Scorchhowl holds just one marked spot, over at Beast Fang Ridge, where it sits at levels 29 to 32. That single location is the only place it appears out in the open world, so there is no roaming between areas to sort through. Scorchhowl is a wild Fire Aniimo from the Emberpup family, a catchable creature that fills a DPS role in battle. It stands 1.7 m tall and weighs 25 kg, making it a fair bit larger than most of the pack.

Scorchhowl is the grown form of Flameruff, and it evolves no further, so this is where that line ends. On the World map, aim for the Bloom teleport at Beast Fang Ridge and cover the last 150 m or so on foot to reach the lone spot. If you would rather work the Egg Heist map instead, the tight clusters make for easy sweeps, and there is plenty to grab along the way: an Exquisite Relic Chest sits in view of nearly half the spots, a Luxurious Ruin Chest of a quarter, with the occasional Egg Nest drop nearby.
