It's a wild Wind and Electric Aniimo that fills the SUP role, grown from Nimbi (Rainstorm Form) and evolving no further. There are two places to look for it: Nimbus Fields, with two spots, and the Mountain Sanctum in Operation: Egg Heist, with four. If you want the better odds of a catch, the Mountain Sanctum is the one to head for.

If you just want a quick run at one, take the Nimbus Fields trip: from the Bloom teleport it's roughly a 70 m walk to reach the two spots, and about half of them sit within sight of Azure Grass, Lumin Amber and a Chest, so you gather a little on the way. But the Mountain Sanctum in Operation: Egg Heist is the area worth the trip if you want more chances, with four spots, half in sight of an Exquisite Relic Chest and a quarter near a Luxurious Ruin Chest.
