Waleetle turns up in just two marked spots, and both sit in Berylline Vale at levels 39 to 41, so there's little between them beyond how busy each happens to be when you get there. That makes the choice less about tougher fights and more about which one gives you a clear run. Waleetle itself is a Rock-element creature from the Baleetle family, filling a DPS role, and at 0.7 m and 6 kg it's a small one that grows on from Baleetle without evolving any further.

The other of the two spots makes a fine alternative if the first is crowded or already picked clean, giving you a second run at the same catch without leaving the vale. Either way, the nearest place to arrive is Mudstone Pass, a Bloom teleport point, and it's only about a 70 m walk from there to the creatures. Half of the spots sit within sight of a chest, a Red Cap and dig spots too, so it's worth glancing around while you're there to gather up whatever's close by.
Fastest way there
Ride to the stop nearest each cluster, then walk. The distance is from that stop to the middle of the cluster.
