The Elixir of Life is a Damage-boosting artifact in Anime Astral Simulator, added with Mini Update 7.5. Once you build it and equip it, your account keeps a permanent Damage multiplier that grows the longer you play. It works the same way as the Zanpakuto artifact from Hueco Mundo, so running both at once stacks their bonuses.
Quick answer: Reach Solo City (World 5), collect Elixir of Life Fragments I through IV from Gates, Defenses, Trials and Dungeons, and World Bosses, then craft the artifact at the Solo City crafting station for a starting 1.5x Damage buff.
Requirement: Reach Solo City (World 5)
You cannot craft the Elixir of Life until you have unlocked Solo City, which is World 5. The crafting station sits there, and one of the four fragments only drops inside that world. Push your progression far enough to enter Solo City before you start farming parts.

Add to Google Preferences →Where each Elixir of Life fragment drops
The recipe calls for four different fragments, and each one comes from a specific type of content. That means spreading your farming across several worlds and game modes rather than sitting in one spot. You need exactly one of each.
| Fragment | Where it drops |
|---|---|
| Elixir of Life I | Any Gate in Solo City (World 5) |
| Elixir of Life II | Any Defense in Titan Wall (World 4) and Summer Art Online (World 8) |
| Elixir of Life III | Any Trials and Dungeons in the Lobby Arena and Fire City (World 9) |
| Elixir of Life IV | World Bosses on Ninja Village, Namek City, Wano Island, Titan Wall, Solo City, Slayer Village, Clover Island, Summer Art Online, Fire City, Hueco World, and Cursed School |
Fragment IV can drop from a World Boss in nearly every world, so it is usually the most flexible piece to farm alongside your normal progression.

How Elixir of Life leveling works
The Elixir of Life levels up by killing enemies, exactly like the Zanpakuto artifact. Every kill counts toward its progress no matter which world or game mode you are in, so Gates, Defenses, Dungeons, Trials, and boss fights all feed the same total. You gain levels just by playing normally.
Each level adds 0.5x to the multiplier. The cap is Level 10, which requires 215,282 total kills and delivers a 6x Damage buff.
| Level | Damage multiplier |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1.5x |
| 2 | 2.0x |
| 3 | 2.5x |
| 4 | 3.0x |
| 5 | 3.5x |
| 6 | 4.0x |
| 7 | 4.5x |
| 8 | 5.0x |
| 9 | 5.5x |
| 10 (max) | 6.0x |
Confirm the buff is active
After crafting, equip the Elixir of Life so its Damage multiplier applies to your build. Because it stacks with the Zanpakuto artifact, running both at the same time gives you the highest combined Power and Damage bonuses available from artifacts.
Note: If you plan to grind fragments and then push toward Level 10, redeeming potions from active Anime Astral Simulator codes speeds up your kill count without changing how the artifact itself scales.
The grind is real, especially the final fragment that only drops from World Bosses, but the payoff is one of the strongest permanent Damage bonuses in the game. If you are farming bosses or pushing into higher worlds, reaching the 6x cap makes a clear difference in how fast enemies fall.
