Hurricane rounds have First Wave Caches spread across 87 spots on Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City and The Blue Gate. Dam Battlegrounds holds the bulk of them with 47, against 24 on The Blue Gate and 16 on Buried City. On Dam Battlegrounds, the Water Towers and the Controlled Access Zone have 3 cache spots each, and the Scrap Yard has 2, so those are the places to head for when you drop in.
