Bubble Mirage is not sold on its own. You unlock it by purchasing the full Seaside Heartbud set from the Appearance Shop, which costs 980 Lumin Crystals. Once you own the set, Bubble Mirage and every other piece are added to your appearance inventory together.
Lumin Crystals are the premium currency used in the Shop. You can obtain them through Shop Top-Up or by buying the Monthly Pass.
Bubble Mirage fits male characters. If you play a female character, the equivalent accessories in the Seaside Heartbud set are Holiday Sunshine and the Surging Tides, Pearly Glow earrings instead.
