The Scarlet Church appears in the latest trailer as a cult seeking to create a “debauched paradise for mankind” inside Barker’s Hell. The footage also focuses more closely on Marlowe, a main antagonist, plus the priests and cultists serving him as they chase the Genesis Configuration. A standard cut and a red-band cut are available, yet the censored version still contains substantial gore, sex, torture, and violence.

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is scheduled for October 8, 2026.
