Apple is finally rolling out the iOS 12.1.3 update for all iOS 12 supported iPhone and iPad devices. The update is sized 300 MB and comes with build 16D40 for iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR. And build 16D39 for iPhone X, 8/8 Plus, and all previous iPhone models.
Apple hasn’t released the full changelog for iOS 12.1.3 yet but the little information shown in the update notification says “iOS 12.1.3 includes bug fixes for your iPhone and iPad”.
You can download iOS 12.1.3 OTA on your iPhone by going to Settings » General » Software Update page. If your device doesn’t detect the OTA update, wait for a few hours and check again. Restarting your iPhone might also force the OTA update.
