Duskmoor Anomaly Commissions in NTE 1.3: How to Complete All Six

Locations, night-time requirements, and clear conditions for every new Duskmoor commission added in the 1.3 update.

Locations, night-time requirements, and clear conditions for every new Duskmoor commission added in the 1.3 update.

Duskmoor, the region added with NTE 1.3, holds six Anomaly Commissions. None of them are long, but two refuse to start unless the in-game clock is set to the right hour, and one boss punishes you for playing with your usual team rotation. Clearing all six feeds Duskmoor exploration points on top of the usual commission payout.

Quick answer: Four of the six commissions clear on contact — reach the marker and defeat what spawns. Fawn Alone only appears between 23:00 and 00:00, and Lantern Parade only starts at 21:00, so change the in-game time before travelling to either one.

All six Duskmoor Anomaly Commission locations

Every commission sits within a short drive of Teardrop Lake or the Duskmoor Wertheimer Tower, so you can chain them in a single run if you handle the two timed ones back to back.

The three straight combat clears

Sunken Door, Twin Blooms, and Storybook Skirmish have no puzzle layer at all. Reach the spot, win the fight, done.

Sunken Door: Beat the Mirror Wraith solo

Teleport to the point south of Teardrop Lake and take a boat or jet ski out to the middle of the water. The commission triggers once you reach the centre.

Lead with your single strongest damage dealer and stay on that character. The Mirror Wraith copies whoever you have active, so switching only makes it switch too and robs your team of the time it needs to build Esper cycles. Team synergy is irrelevant here — raw single-character damage wins.

Twin Blooms (Divergent Flower): Clear three packs

Head northwest from the lake and you will land in a red flower field. Three separate groups of the Anomaly are scattered inside the marked zone, and the commission only closes once all three are down.

Storybook Skirmish (Saddy Teddy): Wipe the area

Fast travel into Duskmoor and make your way to Foliage Row, northeast of Teardrop Lake. There is nothing to interact with — defeat every enemy that engages you and the commission completes on the spot

The two commissions that only run at night

Fawn Alone and Lantern Parade are the ones players most often report as missing. Neither Anomaly exists in the world during the day. Adjust the in-game time first, then travel.

Fawn Alone: Follow the deer until it disappears

Set the in-game clock to somewhere between 23:00 and 00:00. Outside that window the Anomaly does not spawn at all.
Drive to the fork in the road northeast of the Duskmoor Wertheimer Tower. The fawn appears at the intersection once the time condition is met.

Trail it wherever it wanders until it vanishes on its own. If it slips out of sight, look for the sparkling trail it leaves behind, or return to the fork to pick it up again.

Lantern Parade (Leech Spawn): Chase the shadow between lampposts

Change the in-game time to 21:00 and go to the gas station on Kaplan Road, northwest of the Fawn Alone spot.
Interact with the lamppost by the road to light it. The shadow will move to the next lamppost.

Keep following it and lighting each lamppost it stops at until an enemy finally spawns, then kill it to close the commission.

Finale: Da Capo (Scarlet Phantom) needs two interactions before the fight

Travel to the small house near Raccoon Mountain Road in northern Duskmoor — the Rero Rero phone booth north of Teardrop Lake is the closest warp. Two Anomalies are dancing inside.
Walk up to the pair and choose the “Contain?” option, then wait for them to fade out.
Pick up the ring resting on the table. Nothing happens immediately, which is normal.

Stay in the room and wait for the enemy to reappear, then defeat it. The commission resolves after that kill.

Rewards and how to confirm a commission cleared

Each Duskmoor commission pays out Annuliths, Anomaly Material Selection Boxes, and assorted upgrade materials, the same reward shape as the older Hethereau commissions. On top of that, every clear adds Duskmoor exploration points, which accumulate toward regional rewards including three Fabricated Dice.

Confirmation is straightforward. The reward panel appears the moment the last enemy dies or the Anomaly vanishes, and the entry is then ticked off in the Anomaly Commissions list on the world map. If the entry is still open, the run did not finish — usually because a third Twin Blooms pack is still alive, or you lost the fawn before it despawned naturally.

Note: If you arrive at the Fawn Alone or Lantern Parade markers and find nothing there, the clock is the cause. Reset the time and the Anomaly reappears — there is no cooldown or one-per-day limit blocking the spawn.

Run in this order and the whole set takes one trip. Do the three combat clears around Teardrop Lake first while the time of day is irrelevant, handle Finale: Da Capo in the north, then push the clock to 21:00 for Lantern Parade and roll straight into 23:00 for Fawn Alone on your way out.
