Final Fantasy Resonance marks every spell as either [Black Magic] or [White Magic] in its in-game description. The launch version on PC has 52 black magic spells and 32 white magic spells. Each party member learns a fixed set of them as they level up, so you can plan who covers damage, healing and support before you build a party.

Quick answer: Elemental tiers cost 5, 15 and 44 MP. Rain learns Fire, Lasswell Blizzard, Sakura Thunder, Nichol Water, Lid Stone and Jake Aero. Fina is the main healer.
