What Diamonds and Trait Rolls do
Diamonds sit alongside Credits as the game’s second currency, but they’re reserved for the rarest upgrades and bait, including Squid Head bait, which improves your odds of landing the strongest fish. Those top-tier fish deal far more damage once placed as towers, so Diamonds have an outsized effect on how fast a defense lineup improves.
A Premium Trait Roll lets you re-roll the traits on a fish tower in search of better stats, which matters most once you already own a rare fish and want to push its performance further rather than catch a new one.
