All five Sprite Safari objectives, how each one completes, and the Sprite Dust and Extraction Site rules behind them.

Sprite Safari is the five-task quest line in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 that walks you through the season’s new Sprite system. Every task runs through the same loop of finding Sprites, hauling them to Extraction Sites, and spending the Sprite Dust you earn. Clear all five and you bank a steady stream of Battle Pass XP.

Quick answer: Equip a Sprite before each match, extract 10 Sprites at Extraction Sites, activate 5 of those sites, earn 2,500 Sprite XP, and buy one item from a Sprite Station with Sprite Dust. Each task pays 10,000 XP.

The line holds five objectives, and every one rewards the same flat 10,000 XP. The table below lists each task with its exact target and how it completes.

How to find and equip a Sprite

Sprites drop from chests and from defeated enemies, and picking one up fills a loadout slot. A Sprite you carry sits on your back and stays with you for the rest of that match. Equipping one is the gate for several Safari tasks, so handle it before anything else.

Open the Sprites menu from the pre-match lobby and equip a Sprite. If your collection is empty, you have to find one inside a match first, then equip it for the following game.
Drop in and play five separate matches with a Sprite equipped to clear the “Enter a match with a Sprite equipped (0/5)” task. Starting every game this way also lets you stack Sprite XP at the same time.

How to extract Sprites and activate Extraction Sites

Extraction Sites are fixed points marked on the map, and they handle both the extraction count and the activation count at once. You need a Sprite in your backpack to use one. Each site can only be used once per visit, so after you fill one you move on to another for the next extraction.

Check the map for a vacant Extraction Site and travel to it. Interact with the podium or terminal to activate the site and summon the extraction crate. This counts toward “Activate an Extraction Site (0/5).”
Once the crate arrives, interact with it to place your Sprite. Repeat this until you have extracted 10 Sprites in total for “Extract Sprites to expand your portfolio (0/10).”

Reaching 10 extractions and 5 activations in a single game is a tall order, so spread it across sessions. Sites reset between matches, which means you can keep chipping away game after game.

How to earn 2,500 Sprite XP

Sprite XP only builds while you have a Sprite equipped, and three actions feed it. Open chests, take out enemies, and extract Sprites other than the one already on your back. Keep a Sprite equipped during normal play and the 2,500 target fills passively as you fight and loot.

How to spend Sprite Dust at a Sprite Station

Sprite Dust is the currency you collect from extracting Sprites, and you spend it at a Sprite Station. The Station sits beside the terminal at each Extraction Site, the same spot where you summon the extraction crate. Buying a single item there clears “Purchase something from a Sprite Station with Sprite Dust (0/1).”

Since Sprite Dust comes from extractions, run the extraction loop first to bank enough currency before you head to the Station. One purchase is all the task asks for.

How to confirm a quest is done

Each task shows a counter in the quest menu, such as 0/10 for extractions or 0/2,500 for Sprite XP. When the counter hits its target, the task flips to complete and the 10,000 XP applies to your Battle Pass total. Clearing every Safari objective adds 50,000 XP across the five tasks.

A fresh batch of Sprite Extraction quests arrives at 9 AM ET on Saturday, July 13, so finishing the current Safari line keeps your Sprite Dust and routine ready for the next set.
