Fredbear’s Mega Roleplay: How to Get Secret Character LI and The Grizzly Morph

Secret Character LI is one of the easier hidden unlocks in Fredbear’s Mega Roleplay, but it spans two maps. The badge is tied to a single cassette tape that spawns inside the Fazbear’s Fright building, and the tape only counts once you play it back on the correct machine in the pizzeria’s sublevel. Do both halves and you get the badge plus The Grizzly, a playable morph with its own jumpscare, poses, and cosmetic toggles.

Where to find the cassette tape in Fazbear’s Fright

Spawn into the main map and head out to the street outside the pizzeria. Follow the road until you reach the tunnel marked TO FAZBEAR’S FRIGHT and walk into it to trigger the loading screen.

You arrive in a parking lot facing the Fazbear’s Fright building. Run straight to the entrance and use the E Door prompt to open it and step inside.

Turn to the left once you are through the doorway. The cassette tape is sitting on the counter, and a Take prompt appears when you get close. Press E to pick it up.

The tape is the only thing you need from this map, so there is no reason to explore further. Head straight back out once it is in your hands.

How to reach the Sublevel (Salvage) room and play the tape

Leave Fazbear’s Fright and cross the parking lot back to the tunnel, which is now labelled TO PIZZERIA. Enter it to load back onto the main map.

Follow the street and turn into the alleyway that runs behind the pizzeria. Several doors line this passage, including the arcade entrance, which is easy to walk into by mistake.

Keep going until you find the door signed TO SUBLEVEL (SALVAGE). Press the green button beside it to open the elevator door and load into the sublevel.

Walk into the salvage room and approach the table holding the tape player. Stand close enough for the Play Tape prompt to appear, then press E.

How to confirm the badge unlocked

The tape plays a burst of loud static, and a Badge Awarded notification for Secret Character LI appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Right after that, The Grizzly pops up under the desk in a short jumpscare, which is the game confirming the unlock rather than a hazard.

Once the notification has shown, the morph is permanently attached to your account. Go back to the character select monitor and open the SECRET tab to find The Grizzly alongside the other secret characters you own.

The Grizzly morph controls and customization

The Grizzly uses the standard animatronic control set, with three poses and a jumpscare performance. Buttons for each action sit on the on-screen panel, and the keyboard shortcuts are listed below.

Three cosmetic toggles are available on the morph as well. You can switch the red bowtie and the black top hat on or off, and enable glowing red eyes.

That is the whole chain for Secret Character LI. The tape run takes a couple of minutes end to end, and since the badge is not gated behind a night cycle or a code puzzle, it is one of the simplest secret characters to add to your roster.
