Exact coordinates and the climb through the hollow dead tree that ends at the O.R.C. Transmitter cave.

A Big Huge Scary Papa is a data folder in Grounded 2, one of the non-gameplay collectibles scattered across Brookhollow Park. It is filed under Key Items, and picking it up means climbing the inside of the dead tree in the Gnarly Bark region rather than fighting anything for it.

Quick answer: The folder rests on a bench inside the upper cave marked O.R.C. Transmitter at -36° N / -9° E, reached by climbing up through the hollow dead tree in Gnarly Bark.

A Big Huge Scary Papa coordinates in Brookhollow Park

Four map positions matter on this run. Set a marker on each one in order, because the tree has two separate entrances and only the upper one leads to the folder.

Route from the Memorial landmark to the tree cave entrance

Travel to the Memorial landmark in Gnarly Bark at -39° N / -10° E. A mount makes the approach faster, and the candle cluster there is the clearest visual anchor for the dead tree.

Head south from the landmark and follow the root that slopes up like a ramp. This is the only clean way to gain height on this side of the tree.
Jump onto the yellow shelf mushrooms growing off the trunk and use them as platforms. They lead straight to an opening in the bark at -36° N / -12° E, which is the lower cave entrance.

Climbing the hollow tree to the upper cave

Once inside, climb upward rather than exploring the floor. The interior is a vertical shaft with ledges and gaps you jump between.

Do not fall to the bottom of the hollow trunk. A toebiter sits down there, and cockroaches along the climb are easier to slip past than to fight.

Climb the next set of shelf mushrooms to reach the upper cave entrance at -37° N / -9° E. Rust beetles and soldier ants live inside, so clear or avoid them before you start looking around.

Picking up the data folder and confirming you have it

Inside the chamber, the folder sits on top of a bench next to a whiteboard and a set of drawers. The map labels this exact spot O.R.C. Transmitter at -36° N / -9° E.

Interacting with it opens the document on screen, which is how you know the pickup registered. From that point it is stored with your other data items under Key Items.

What A Big Huge Scary Papa says

The note is a short message from someone second-guessing what they saw near the base of the tree.

Can someone confirm there is actually a massive toe biter covered in eggs near the base of the tree? I’ve been eating a lot of mushrooms lately and am worried I picked the wrong kind.

It is a direct reference to the creature waiting at the bottom of the same hollow trunk you just climbed through, which is why the drop is worth avoiding on the way up. Like every data item in Grounded 2, the folder is a collectible record rather than a craftable or equippable piece of gear, so the only thing left after reading it is deciding whether to go down and look for the toebiter yourself.
