Honkai: Star Rail 4.3 – Inkford Hermitage Shiftmation Solutions

Inkford Hermitage adds three Shiftmation puzzles in Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.3, and each one hands over 20 Stellar Jade once you restore color to its imagenae. Shiftmation puzzles work by rotating your whole point of view so gravity and platforms shift, opening new paths toward the frozen, colorless paint points you need to reclaim. You press the rotate controls to turn the world clockwise or counter-clockwise, then platform across to each reclamation point until the figure is fully colored.

All three Shiftmations sit along the southern stretch of Inkford Hermitage, so you can clear them in a single pass while exploring the area. The first appears once you reach the middle Space Anchor, and the other two follow as you climb toward the upper levels.

Inkford Hermitage Shiftmation 1 solution

This puzzle is the first you will reach, sitting above the Interplanar Jump west of the middle Space Anchor.

Rotate to the right, then climb down to the green blocks on the left to reclaim the first paint.

Use the free rotation block until the windmill faces left, then move right to reclaim the next paint.

Rotate to the left again to land behind the figure, then jump on top to reach the final reclamation point and finish the puzzle.

Inkford Hermitage Shiftmation 2 solution

You will find this one on the platform beside the first staircase going down, in the area before the long curved staircase.

Rotate left and use the platforms to climb up to the top-left green blocks, reaching the first reclamation point.

Rotate right and drop down to the castle below, landing on the platform under the window.

Rotate left twice to reach the front of the castle, then climb to the green blocks on the right to reclaim the last paint.

The last puzzle waits in the top-right corner of the final area, right before the last staircase.

Move to the farthest right to reach the first reclamation point.

Jump back to the lever and use it this time to reclaim the last paint.

Rotate right and climb up to complete the puzzle.

How to confirm each Shiftmation is complete

A Shiftmation counts as solved the moment you reclaim every paint point, and the colorless imagenae is fully restored. When that happens, the reward pops up, and you collect 20 Stellar Jade from that stage. Clearing all three in Inkford Hermitage gives you 60 Stellar Jade in total.

Tip: Wait for the rotation animation to fully finish before you jump. Moving mid-rotation is the most common reason a jump misses its target platform.

If a puzzle still shows uncolored paint, you have missed a reclamation point rather than failed the stage. Rotate back through the earlier views and check the green blocks you may have skipped, since each one must be touched before the imagenae turns fully colored.
