Honkai Star Rail 4.3 Phase 2 Banners and Events (Cyrene, Phainon)

Cyrene and Phainon reruns headline the second half, alongside the Wispae Amusement Park and Realm of the Strange events.

Cyrene and Phainon reruns headline the second half, alongside the Wispae Amusement Park and Realm of the Strange events.

The back half of Honkai Star Rail 4.3 swaps out the Mortenax Blade debut for two Amphoreus reruns and a lighter set of events. Cyrene and Phainon both get rate-up warps, while a new park-management mode and a returning relic farming event round out the schedule. Here is exactly what goes live, when it starts, and what you get for showing up.

Quick answer: Phase 2 begins June 24, 2026. The Cyrene and Phainon rerun warps run June 24 through July 14, 2026, the Wispae Amusement Park event runs June 24 to July 15, and Realm of the Strange returns July 3 to July 13.

Because Mortenax Blade is the only brand-new 5-star in 4.3, the second phase is built entirely around reruns. Cyrene, a 5-star Ice character on the Remembrance Path, and Phainon, a 5-star Physical character on the Remembrance Path, both return with their signature Light Cones. Three boosted 4-stars share both character warps, so you have a better shot at March 7th, Arlan, or Yukong while pulling.

This Love, Forever pairs with Cyrene, while Thus Burns the Dawn is Phainon’s signature weapon. Both 5-star Light Cones leave when their character warps close, so there is no carryover into Version 4.4. The exact timer always reflects your own server region, so open the warp in-game to confirm how long you have left.

Wispae Amusement Park (June 24 – July 15, 2026)

Wispae Amusement Park opens the moment Phase 2 begins and runs for three weeks. You manage the park by planning visitor routes and placing facilities to pull in as many guests as possible. The loop is simple, but rewards only unlock once you clear each stage requirement.

One thing to watch: unlike the 4.3 flagship event, Pixel Plane Rumble, Wispae Amusement Park does not move into the Conventional Memoir after the version ends. That means you have to finish it and claim everything before the patch closes, or the rewards are gone. Here is what is on offer.

Realm of the Strange (July 3 – July 13, 2026)

Realm of the Strange is a recurring event returning in the second half of 4.3. While it is live, every relic drop from Caverns of Corrosion comes at double the usual rate, though you can only claim the doubled rewards a set number of times. It is a fast way to stock up on relic material if your roster needs gear upgrades.

Events that carry over from Phase 1

A couple of events that started earlier in the patch are still running through the second half. Pixel Plane Rumble, the flagship event, lasts the full version window and stays claimable in the Conventional Memoir afterward. Stellar Companion remains active all the way to the end of Version 4.4, so you still have time to grab a free 5-star through it.

To confirm an event credited correctly, watch your Stellar Jade and pass totals climb in the top bar right after you claim, or check the event page for an updated reward status. If a reward fails to show up, the usual culprit is an unmet stage requirement or a daily limit that has already reset, so revisit the task list before assuming something broke. With Phase 1 closing on June 24, plan your Special Star Passes around whether Cyrene or Phainon fills a gap on your roster before the reruns rotate out.
