In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s DMZ, the $118,250 Rezi 12 build is the one with the REZI 12 ENFORCER Apex. That attachment gives the shotgun pump-action operation and a side-saddle carrying explosive slugs. Assemble and purchase the weapon at the FOB Gunsmith; with the attachments listed below, the bench price is $118,250.

Quick answer: At the FOB Gunsmith, pick BUY NEW WEAPON, choose the Rezi 12, then fit the Haebang Bulsae-10, ZLR Rogue 90 25″, XRK Bygone-39, No Stock and the REZI 12 ENFORCER Apex. BUILD COST reads $118,250.

Rezi 12 Enforcer attachments and cart prices

The setup combines the Apex with four other attachments. Once they’re installed, the Gunsmith displays ATTACHMENTS 4/5, while APEX occupies its slot. The cart’s price for each component is shown below.

The figure that comes out of your cash is the Gunsmith’s BUILD COST of $118,250. The Apex is the largest single line by a wide margin.

Blocked and open slots on this build

  • COMB is blocked because NO STOCK is fitted. The bench shows “COMB, BLOCKED BY STOCK.”
  • AMMUNITION shows a padlock.
  • BOLT, OPTIC, GUARD and UNDERBARREL stay open.

With the full build fitted, the Gunsmith reads ROUNDS 10 (+4) and RESERVE 40 (+16).

What the REZI 12 ENFORCER Apex does

The Apex changes how the Rezi 12 cycles and what it fires. Its in-game description reads:

“Enables pump-action cycling and is outfitted with a side-saddle for hot-loaded explosive slugs. The added capability extends the platform’s engagement envelope well beyond traditional 12-gauge roles.”

The receiver-mounted side-saddle holds the explosive slugs. This setup works well in close-range engagements with AI soldiers inside buildings and near doorways. A prolonged lieutenant fight can exhaust the slugs, so bring spare ammunition when you go after one.

How to buy the Rezi 12 Enforcer at the Gunsmith

The Gunsmith must be unlocked first. The game confirms this with a “Gunsmith Unlocked” message. You also need at least $118,250 banked, because the full amount is charged in one go.

At the FOB, access the Gunsmith (Gunny’s bench), then choose BUY NEW WEAPON.
Pick the Rezi 12 as your base weapon.
Fit the four attachments and the REZI 12 ENFORCER Apex, each in its own slot. Check that the bench shows ATTACHMENTS 4/5 with APEX filled and BUILD COST $118,250.
Press PURCHASE and review the CART. Each part appears on its own line with its price.
Hold HOLD TO PURCHASE until the purchase goes through. The $118,250 is taken from your cash.
Go to STASH/LOADOUT to find the new gun, then set it as your equipped weapon before deployment.

You know the purchase worked when the stash shows a LEGENDARY REZI 12 card, labeled SHOTGUN, with PUMP and 6 rounds listed on it.

Rezi 12 Enforcer resale value: $4,300

Once bought, the stash card values the gun at $4,300 and shows a “SELL $4300” option. Selling it back returns only that amount, a small fraction of the $118,250 you paid. The gun keeps its worth to you only as long as you extract with it and take it back into DMZ.
