How to collect and exchange Golden Echoes
Step 1: Travel to the area where the Golden Echoes Oddity appears and interact with it to add it to your inventory. Oddities are world pickups, so you collect them the moment you reach the exact spot and prompt the interaction.
Step 2: Make sure you have already completed the Oddity exploration quest for that region. If you have not, the collector will not let you exchange anything, so finish the quest first.
Step 3: Return to the matching collector from the table above and exchange your Oddities. This is the step that actually raises your Melodies of Peace talent.
How to confirm it worked
You know the exchange went through when the collector accepts the Oddity, and your Melodies of Peace talent level reflects the new progress. The collected Oddity also leaves your pending list, since it has now been delivered rather than just held.
