Finishing your tycoon in Ice Tycoon 2 is only the start of what the game tracks. Full badge completion sends you into a mine, a lava pit, a flooding building, a moving-platform run across a canyon, five scattered gems, and two rebirth endings with opposite rules. Each badge fires a “Badge Awarded” pop-up the exact moment its condition is met, so the whole task is knowing what triggers each one.
Quick answer: There are nine badges on the board. Place all five gems for Collector, grab both Crystal-gated rooftop and canyon trophies for Escapist and Voyager, restore the factory for Up And Running, trigger all four hidden secrets for Secret Finder, drain six water sources for Drought, buy every button for Complete, and clear two rebirth runs with opposite merchant rules for Ending One and Ending Two.

Every Ice Tycoon 2 badge and its trigger
| Badge | How it unlocks |
|---|---|
| Collector | Place all five colored gems in the pedestal at your tycoon |
| Escapist | Beat the timed flood escape and grab the rooftop trophy |
| Voyager | Cross the frozen canyon on the moving platform and take the trophy |
| Up And Running | Fully repair the abandoned factory and step through the portal inside |
| Secret Finder | Trigger all four hidden secrets on the map |
| Drought | Drain every water source |
| Complete | Buy every construction button to reach 100% tycoon progress |
| Ending One | Reach five rebirths, buying an item after the fourth |
| Ending Two | Finish a rebirth run without buying any merchant items |
Note: joining the game also awards a Welcome badge automatically, so you may see it tick over the moment you load in.

Add to Google Preferences →Escapist and Voyager: the two trophy challenges
Both trophy badges sit behind your Crystal upgrade level, so buy and upgrade the Heat Crystal early from the “Buy My Items” shop to open them.
E to grab the Square Trophy. The Escapist badge fires the instant you pick it up.Collector and all five gem locations
The circular device on your tycoon wall has five colored slots. Fill every slot and Collector unlocks. It also hands you a permanent upgrader that survives rebirths, which makes it the most worthwhile badge to chase early. You need most of the map unlocked first, since several gems sit behind areas you only reach through normal progress.
| Gem | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Blue | Inside the Mine, once all mine areas are unlocked |
| Green | Outside the hidden Abandoned Factory, on a wall obby |
| Red | Under the lava pit at your tycoon |
| Yellow | Behind the escape building’s locked door |
| Purple | Inside the military area’s underground tunnels |
Blue Gem
Build and fully expand the Mine first. In the corner of a mining room is a pile of breakable rocks. Mine them with the E Mine prompt until a hole opens in the floor, then drop through into the small room below to grab the Blue Gem. There is no puzzle, and the hole stays open only until you collect it.
Green Gem
Head past the cold warning signs until you reach a static-textured wall you can walk straight through. That leads outside to the Abandoned Factory. On the left side of the building, climb the narrow green blocks up the wall, jump through the window opening, and touch the pedestal in the small green room to take the Green Gem.

Red Gem
This one needs the Frozen Magma, a glowing blue stone found on an upper floor of the mansion. Pick it up with E Grab and carry it back to your tycoon. Stand by the lava pit, consume the Frozen Magma for the “+Heat resistance for 1 minute” buff, and jump straight into the lava. You land in a red-lit room where the Red Gem sits on a pedestal.
Yellow Gem
Clear all three escape levels inside the escape building. Each level raises the water faster and adds obstacles, and finishing Level 3 rewards a Key. Use the Key on the hidden door nearby, run the short obstacle course behind it, and collect the Yellow Gem at the end.
Purple Gem
Go to the military area and clear the army on the hill, buying troops if you need them. Enter the well or underground tunnels and follow the turns in order: first left, then right, right again, and a final right. That brings you to a platforming section. Complete the obby and press the escape button afterward to claim the Purple Gem.
With all five in hand, drop each gem into its matching slot on the pedestal. Collector unlocks the instant the last one is placed.
Up And Running: restore the abandoned factory
Find the hidden factory entrance behind the bushes and step inside. Buy a water bucket, then repeatedly fill it and scrub every dirty area in the building. Only the water-based repairs matter, so ignore the ones that ask for money. Along the way you also fix structures like the lights and stairs.
Once every dirty spot is clean and the water counter is full, step onto the control switch to restore power. The teleporter activates, a “Teleporter is now active” message appears, and the Up And Running badge is awarded.

Secret Finder: all four hidden secrets
Secret Finder only fires after every hidden event has been triggered. Miss one and it stays locked, so run through all four.
- Secret 1: Go to the well, work through the cave system to a hidden chamber, and interact with the collectible there.
- Secret 2: Fill your bucket, jump into the flooded chamber, and stay in it until the room fills completely with water. You respawn afterward, and the event counts.
- Secret 3: Buy the statue area, climb the hidden ladder behind the statue, and press the concealed button at the top.
- Secret 4: Head into the factory section and keep moving forward until a hidden mechanism launches your character out of the area.
After the last of the four triggers, the Secret Finder badge is awarded.
Drought and Complete: the map-cleanup badges
Drought is easy to overlook because it wants you to empty every water source, not just one. Drain all six and the badge pops on its own.
- Main water pool
- Underground water source
- Fountain
- Lower cave water
- River
- Well
Complete is the most direct badge. Step on every red buy button until nothing is left to build, including the walls, roof, doors, crates, tree, fence, and statue. When the last button is bought, the Tycoon Progress sign flips to 100% and the Complete badge is awarded.
Ending One and Ending Two
Both endings run through rebirths and use opposite rules about the item merchant, which makes them the longest badges to earn.
For Ending One, rack up five rebirths in total. The catch is that after your fourth rebirth, when you start the tycoon again, you must buy at least one item from the item merchant. That purchase carries the run to the first ending and awards the Ending One badge.
For Ending Two, complete a rebirth run without buying anything from the item merchant. Troops do not count as items, so you can still recruit them. It is best to attempt this right after Ending One, since your boosted cash multiplier lets you push through without merchant help. The game keeps nagging you to buy items throughout the run. Once you climb above roughly 80% tycoon progress, a merchant jumpscare triggers and every worker in the mine, farm, and factory turns up dead. From there you operate all stations yourself until the run ends and Ending Two unlocks. Having four rebirth upgrades makes this smoother, though it has been cleared with as few as two.
The efficient route is to upgrade your Crystal early for Escapist and Voyager, clear the escape rooms so the gem hunt and Collector fall into place, then sweep the exploration and cleanup badges before saving the rebirth endings for last. Because several badges send you back to areas you can only reach after new upgrades, doing one full pass of the map once you are completely unlocked keeps you from repeating trips. You will know each badge landed by the “Badge Awarded” notification in the corner of the screen the moment its condition is met.
