The Microsoft OneDrive app for iPhone and iPad now lets you scan Documents, Whiteboards, and Business cards and save it to your OneDrive storage. The new features are powered by the Microsoft’s Office Lens app which has been around in the document scanning scene for long enough to be a reliable service.

Microsoft has also added 3D Touch actions for new scanning features in the OneDrive app so you can firmly press and hold on the app icon from your iPhone’s home screen and select either “Scan Whiteboard” or “Scan Document.”

There’s also a multi-page scanning feature which lets users scan multiple pages at once and organize them into a “single, shareable PDF file.” But you’ve to get the Office 365 Premium subscription for that.
