Discord and Activision are running a promotion that hands active Nitro subscribers a code for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 early access beta. The code lives inside Discord, but you actually redeem it on Call of Duty’s own site, and the whole thing has a hard deadline attached to it.

Who qualifies for the Nitro beta code
Only the full Discord Nitro subscription counts. The cheaper Nitro Basic plan does not unlock the reward, and neither do free trials or Nitro obtained through certain bundles. If you fall into an ineligible group, the “Play MW 4 early” card simply won’t grant you a code.

The code from Discord does not activate the beta on its own. You have to take it to Activision, where it converts into your actual platform access.
Beta dates and what the reward includes
Redeeming the Nitro code puts you in the early access window that runs from August 21 to August 25. On top of the beta itself, Nitro users get an exclusive weapon blueprint when Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23, 2026. You’ll need your Discord and Call of Duty accounts linked to receive the blueprint in-game.

When you won’t get a code
A few Nitro situations don’t qualify. If your Nitro came from 3 days of Discord Orbs or the 3-month free Nitro tied to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the promotion won’t hand you a code. The same goes for Nitro Basic and free trials.
You also may not need the Nitro route at all. Anyone who has already pre-ordered Modern Warfare 4 gets early access to the open beta automatically, with Nintendo Switch 2 players being the exception. And if you’d rather not commit to anything, the second beta weekend from August 28 to September 1 is open to everyone across all platforms, including Switch 2.
Note: The blueprint and beta access are tied to the accounts you link, so double-check that your Discord and Activision profiles are connected and that you picked the correct platform before redeeming. A code locked to the wrong platform can’t be moved afterward.
