Moon Rabbit Cookie’s Giant Rice Cake Bunny Skill in CookieRun: Crumble

The new Grass tank's transformation strips 42% ATK and 110% CRIT% from nearby enemies for five seconds.

Moon Rabbit Cookie’s Pampered with Persimmon arrived with CookieRun: Crumble version 1.4 on September 23, 2026, at 15:00 GMT+9. She is a Grass Element SSR in the Tank role, and her value sits almost entirely in one debuff package rather than in damage output.

Quick answer: Her Giant Rice Cake Bunny skill runs on a 7-second cooldown and, while transformed, applies -42% ATK and -110% CRIT% to surrounding enemies for 5 seconds.

Giant Rice Cake Bunny skill numbers

The skill has two halves. Moon Rabbit first rams into enemies for damage, then transforms into a giant rice cake rabbit that keeps dealing damage to everything around her while stripping ATK and CRIT% from those targets. The damage portion is small by SSR standards; the debuff is the point.

With a 7-second cooldown against a 5-second debuff window, there is a short gap between applications. In practice that gap closes once Skill Haste is in the build or a duration synergy is active.

Why -110% CRIT% Down matters more than the ATK reduction

Crit rate in Crumble can be pushed past 100%, and the excess feeds into crit damage multipliers rather than being wasted. That is why a triple-digit CRIT% reduction is unusual. It does not just shave a few percent off an enemy’s chance to crit — it eats through the overcapped portion first and can drag a heavily invested attacker back down toward non-crit hits.

For context on scale, GingerBright’s Jolly Candy covers similar ground with its own debuff rate and attack reduction, but it is a common-rarity skill with correspondingly smaller numbers. Moon Rabbit’s version applies the same class of effect at SSR values, and she applies it to everything inside her transformed attack range instead of a narrow cone.

The debuff rate is 60%, not 100%. Application is not guaranteed on every enemy every cast, which is why uptime and repeat casts matter more than any single activation.

How Moon Rabbit performs in PvE and Arena

Boss stages

Against a single large target, the ATK reduction is doing most of the work. On Stage 202-30 against the boss GingerCraven, the effect is measured by whether the squad finishes with every cookie alive rather than by clear speed. A Crispy Clear on that stage is the practical confirmation that the debuff is landing and holding.

Arena

Arena is where the CRIT% reduction pays off, because opposing teams are built around crit-scaling damage dealers. A lineup running Rye Cookie, Ion Cookie Robot and Moon Rabbit held up against opponents at comparable and higher team power, including a 6.53M squad and a 7.08M squad. The end-of-battle stats screen is the fastest way to check whether she is working — compare damage taken across your cookies rather than trusting the win alone.

Team building: fragile carries and dive cookies

Because the debuff is applied around Moon Rabbit rather than to a single target, she suits compositions that would otherwise fold to burst damage. Two build directions hold up.

  • Charge Cookies such as Cherry Cola Cookie and Cool Mint Cookie, screened by a tank line that includes Moon Rabbit.
  • Aggressive dive cookies such as Oven Wanderer Cookie, who survived full fights in the backline while the debuff was up.
  • Duration synergy providers — Coffee Cookie, Cheerleader Cookie, or Milk Cookie’s Crunchy Strong Pediatrician — to extend her skill duration.

Rumble Arena tilts this further in her favour. The Season 1 Rumble Buff grants 30% HP to Charge Cookies and 30% DMG Reduction to all Allies and Summons, which stacks on top of what Moon Rabbit already removes from the enemy side. Check the Rumble Arena menu before locking a lineup, since each season swaps its modifiers.

Star promotion and Sugar Runes

The 5-star promotion is where the headline numbers come from. It raises the Transformed ATK Range to 4.2 and sets the debuffs at -42% ATK Down and -110% CRIT% Down. A larger radius means more enemies caught per cast, which matters more for a debuff tank than for a damage dealer.

On the Sugar Runes side, the useful rolls are Skill Haste, Focus Rate Increase and CRIT%. Skill Haste is the priority, because shortening the 7-second cooldown directly closes the gap between debuff windows.

She is pulled from a rate-up gacha banner tied to the version 1.4 update, which also brought in Princess Bari Cookie as a Fire-type TSSR, the Rumble Arena and Dimensional Rift modes, the SSR pet Candy Shade Pouch, and daily dungeons extended to level 770.

Whether she is worth chasing depends on what your roster is missing. If you already have a stable frontline and your Arena losses come from being out-damaged rather than out-survived, she changes little. If your squishier carries keep dying to crit bursts before they can act, a 110-point CRIT% swing on the enemy side is one of the more direct answers currently available.
