Night at the Infirmary drops you into an old hospital for a graveyard shift where not every patient walking through the door is actually human. Codes for the game hand out Shards, the currency you spend to unlock classes and abilities for surviving each round.

Codes are entered through the in-game shop menu rather than a separate website.
A successful redemption adds Shards to your total right away, visible in the shop or currency display. If nothing happens after pressing Enter, double-check the spelling and capitalization of the code before trying again.

These codes no longer produce rewards but are listed for reference.

Where to find new codes
New codes usually appear alongside game updates, and the developer, A.D Games, posts them on the official Night At The Infirmary Discord server. That server is also where update schedules and patch details get shared before they show up in-game.
What Shards unlock
Shards are the currency earned by playing rounds or redeeming codes, and they’re spent in the classes menu to unlock new characters and abilities. Legendary-tier classes like the Plague Doctor and Exorcist boost stats such as movement speed or exorcism effectiveness, and each class plays differently depending on the role you want to fill during a shift.
Stacking up Shards from codes before a big update means you can unlock a new class as soon as it releases instead of grinding for it mid-round.
