Palworld hands you one stat point each time your character levels up, and you spread those points across six attributes: HP, Stamina, Attack, Defense, Work Speed, and Weight. Early choices rarely age well once you hit tougher bosses or shift from base work to combat. The good news is that the allocation is not permanent. A single consumable refunds every point you have spent so you can rebuild your character from scratch.
Quick answer: Craft and drink the Memory Wiping Medicine at the Electric Medicine Workbench (unlocked at Level 43). Drinking it resets all distributed stat points to zero, then you reassign them from the character screen.
What you need before you can respec
Resetting stats is a late-game task. You cannot buy the medicine from any merchant, so the only reliable route is crafting it yourself, and that means building the workbench first.
You have to reach Level 43 and unlock the Electric Medicine Workbench schematic in the Technology Tree, which costs 3 Technology Points. As the name suggests, it runs on electricity, so your base needs a Power Generator and an Electric-type Pal supplying power to it.
You also cannot operate the workbench yourself. Only Pals can, and they need the Medicine Production Work Suitability. A Felbat is a strong pick because it has Level 3 Medicine Production and no other work jobs, so it stays focused on the task. Placing a Witch Cauldron nearby speeds up production further.

Refined Ingots come from the Improved Furnace, while Circuit Boards and Carbon Fiber are both crafted at the Production Assembly Line.
Crafting the Memory Wiping Medicine
The recipe is expensive, and the flower count is the real bottleneck, so start collecting well before you plan to respec. The medicine calls for the following ingredients.

How to use the medicine and reallocate points
You know the reset worked when your six attributes show their base numbers again and the spend prompt lists your full point total. Since crafting another dose is a grind, spend carefully this time.
What the reset does and does not affect
The medicine only refunds the stat points you earned from leveling up. Everything else on your character stays untouched.
- Technology unlocks remain the same.
- Pal progression is not affected.
- Permanent stat boosts gained from potions stay in place.
- Lifmunk Effigy upgrades are kept.
Note: An older bug once reduced Capture Power and Lifmunk Effigy progress after using the medicine, with no way to recover it. That issue was fixed in an earlier patch, so the item is now safe to drink normally.
Resetting your Pals’ stats with the Statue of Power
The medicine only handles your character. To refund the Pal Souls you invested in a Pal, use the Statue of Power instead. It unlocks in the Technology tab at Level 6 and is cheap to build, requiring 10 Palladium Fragments and 20 Stone.
Interact with the statue, open the Reset tab, choose the Pal you want to reset, and confirm. The reset needs no items or medicine, but it costs a fair amount of gold. Once paid, your Pal Souls are returned so you can redistribute them.
Where to spend your points after a reset
Match your allocation to how you play. Put more into Attack or Defense for a combat-focused character, or raise Work Speed if you spend most of your time on base tasks. Weight is a strong all-round pick because more carry capacity keeps you from getting encumbered while hauling loot. Health, Attack, and Stamina round out an exploration build by improving survivability and travel range.
Because a fresh dose demands another 99 Beautiful Flowers on top of everything else, treat a respec as an endgame decision. Plan your build before you drink, and you should only need to make the medicine once.
