Beds, sleeping bags, tents, workbenches, stoves and campfires stand in the world across Permafrost, ready to use where you come across them. The map has 133 spots for them, spread over 6 kinds.
Sleeping bags are the most common at 75, followed by 20 beds, 18 workbenches and 14 stoves, with 3 tents and 3 campfires. The Solar Power Plant has the most at 14. Sonnenberg's Clinic, Horizon, Rat Queen's Crossing and the Church each have 5, and the Technocrats Colony has 4.
To set your respawn point, look at a bed or sleeping bag and claim it, and the game confirms the change. Once a bed is yours, press F to rest, or hold F to choose between Rest and Sleep; Sleep takes you straight to the morning. A broken bed in a ruin shows as a blue ghost. Repair it with the Building Tool and you can claim it like any other.
